Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

December 21, 2023 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada and Transport Canada intend to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Fisheries and Oceans Canada and Transport Canada are inviting public comments until January 21, 2024 respecting that determination.
