Notice of Determination for 125 Aspen Place Infrastructure & New Building Construction Project

Nov 6, 2023 - Indigenous Services Canada has determined that the proposed 125 Aspen Place Infrastructure & New Building Construction Project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

The determination was based on a consideration of the following factors:
-no comments were received from the public about the project
-mitigation measures are required for the project

Implementation of the following mitigation measures are required for the project:

-The project must meet or exceed all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws, codes and standards. Applicable permits will be obtained before undertaking any work.
-All waste materials will be disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner and in accordance with provincial and municipal legislation.
-All construction equipment must be properly maintained and equipped with standard air emissions equipment.

Indigenous Services Canada is satisfied that the carrying out of the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
