July 6, 2023 – Infrastructure Canada and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada must determine whether the proposed Completion of Route 3 located in Newfoundland and Labrador is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Infrastructure Canada and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments will be considered public.
