Notice of Determination

Upon validation, the Project is one of the activities identified in the Designated Classes of Projects Order (SOR/2019-323) of the IMPACT ASSESSMENT ACT. The Minister of the Environment is of the opinion that the carrying out of a project that is a part of a designated class of projects described in the Order will cause only insignificant adverse environmental effects. Therefore, the TRPA may perform any duty or function to enable the project to be carried out in whole or in part.
