Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada must determine whether the proposed Saint-Hyacinthe Storage Tank Replacement Project located at its Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this determination, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. The Proposed Project
The project involves the removal and proper disposal of an underground diesel storage tank and underground piping. It will be replaced with an aboveground diesel storage tank and piping at the Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec. The work will be done in conformance with applicable regulations.
