Driftpile Cree Nation – Public Comments Invited
March 31, 2023, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation must determine whether the proposed Three two (2) storey 8 plexes in Driftpile Cree Nation is likely to cause significant adverse effects. To help inform this determination, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project
Driftpile Cree Nation is proposing to build Three two (2) storey 8 plexes. The homes consist of a double storey building. The total average project building area is approximately 4000 sq ft and construction will include the building and parking areas. Project activities include clearing and grubbing, the installation of access driveway/parking, construction of foundations, backfill and grading, utilities and services including sewer and water piping as well as power and communication lines.
