November 1st, 2022 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

Syscomax is proposing the construction of a new industrial building located on part of lot 2 362 326 at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. The floor area of the future building which will have one floor with the possibility of mezzanine offices and will not have a basement level, will be approximately 2,785 m2. There will also be the development of new paved areas. Trees will be planted in the parking lot and a white roof will cover the building to reduce heat islands. The project design takes into account the presence of nearby wetlands and ensures their protection.
