The Thonnakana Grand Chief Street Extension Project in Wendake East sector involves the construction of utilities for several low-, medium- and high-density residential lots as well as the construction of a storm retention basin.

The Council of the Huron-Wendat Nation wishes to continue the development of the sector by extending the section of street leading to Rue de la Faune and the development of 3 lots.

The rain retention basin has an approximate area of 7250 m2, the length of street and infrastructure to be built is 600 meters and the area of the 3 residential lots to be developped is 3346 m2. In total, 8276 m2 of wetland will be impacted and compensated.
