The Proposed Project

The project involves building an access road to provide access to future owners of the unleased sector. Note that an existing trail will be used and widened to accommodate vehicles. A new section of road will be created to avoid the wetland.

The planned works are:

- Forest clearing including the widening of the existing road to a right-of-way of 15 m and for the new portion of the road to be created, over a length of 451 m in order to avoid the wetland;

- the addition of MG-20 granular materials for the surface of the road;

- installation of culverts and riprap at drainage ditches.

The work is scheduled for fall 2022.
