Notice of Determination

Wabasca Indian Reserve 166D – May 27, 2022 – Indian Oil and Gas Canada (IOGC) has determined that the proposed project: Authorization to PetroFrontier Corp to Construct and Operate a Surface Lease for an access road and for a multiwell pad at OS-7241 (LSD S ½ Sec 33, Twp 79 Rge 25 W4M), is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

Mitigation measures taken into account for this determination are detailed in Appendix 2 of Indian Oil and Gas Canada's Environmental Review Form submitted by PetroFrontier Corp to IOGC. Please contact IOGC for information on these mitigation measures: IOGC-environment-notification@sac-isc.gc.ca

Therefore, IOGC may exercise any power, perform any duty or function to enable the project to be carried out in whole or in part.
