Natural Resources Canada and Environment and Climate Change Canada intend to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the Foothills Zone 8 West Path Delivery 2023 (the Project) is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, public comments are invited until December 22, 2021 respecting that determination.
