Notice of Termination

Ottawa — August 6, 2021 — The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency) has terminated the environmental assessment of the Kitimat LNG Expansion Project (the Project) pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012. KM LNG Operating General Partnership notified the Agency that they wish to terminate the federal environmental assessment for the Project.
