Notice of Time Limit Resuming

Ottawa — June 21, 2021 — On June 18, 2021, the 30 days requested by Montem Resources Alberta Operations Ltd. (the proponent) to have sufficient time to address the issues and concerns of a First Nation in relation to the Tent Mountain Mine Redevelopment Project (the Project) elapsed. The 30 days have elapsed, thereby completing the activity and the 90-day time limit has resumed.

The 90-day time limit is the period of time within which the Agency must provide the proponent with the decision by the Minister of Environment and Climate Change on the requests to designate the Project.
