I hope there is also assessment of the impact of additional heavy traffic on Hemlock and Beechwood ave. This is a residential neighbourhood with a considerable history and green spaces that contribute to our city in my ways. Having 18-wheelers and mass traffic going into downtown through there from that bridge will have much negative impact on this area that is also working on it’s municipal improvement plan.
