The Manor Park Community Association, which in general only supports the interests of the wealthy residents of Manor Park West and their property value interests, are not a reliable authority nor interested in the city-wide or regional interests. Build the bridge, design its approaches in a way that is respectful to those living in proximity. Ensure that it can support expansions in regional transit, including potential rail.
