October 2nd 2026 - Based on the findings of the Project's Environmental Impact Study, dated August 25, 2026 which confirm that the negative environmental effects are not considered significant within the meaning of the IAA, and taking into account the relevant cumulative effects, the anticipated effectiveness of mitigation measures, the comments received, and Indigenous knowledge provided, where applicable, the QPA concludes that: the project is authorized, subject to compliance with and implementation of the applicable conditions, commitments, and mitigation measures of this notice of decision.
