Please do not drill for oil, and especially not in the ocean.  This is a terrible idea.  Inevitably, there will be an oil spill.  Please do not destroy the Nova Scotia Coast and the Atlantic ocean.  This will harm and even kill all sorts of animals.  And fossil fuels are destroying the climate.  They are not sustainable.  We will run out, and by then the ocean will be polluted and the air quality very bad.
