The environmental impact alone should be enough to have this thrown out. These are not "data centers" they are mass surveillance centers. Let's be honest with our citizens now.. the amount of water that will be needed daily that is used to cool this facility.will be catastrophic to agriculture, farming communities and towns nearby. Whatever needs to be done to prolong or shut this down should be done.
