Impacts...water table disturbed, water front trail WFT affected by traffic, egress from private driveways affected by traffic

resolution...reconstruct Lakeshore Rd from Wesleyville Rd to East Townline Rd with waterlines and sewers plus fire hydrants.  Wider asphalt surface to accommodate cyclists and pedestrians.  Where possible provide residents an asphalt turning surface so motorists do not need to back onto the roadway with heavier traffic volumes.

other impacts...property values are expected to drop with even the announcement of a nuclear plant with multiple homes put on the market.  Noise, dust, traffic, affect on wildlife, concerns of military USA or terrorist attack. Loss of lake views. Storage of radioactive material or even enriched uranium.

resolution..property value protection plan similar to what the government provided during the relocation of the low level radioactive material from Port Granby.  Or expropriation of properties at above market values with additional compensation for legal items relocation reinstallation of utilities and moving expenses.
