Indigenous Knowledge and concerns with this proposal.

This Initial Project Description acknowledges that Indigenous communities have raised concerns regarding cumulative effects. More specifically they mention their concern over air quality and environmental health in the region, in an area that is already impacted by industrial  pollution. Beyond showing compliance  with provincial air quality criteria for this facility, what other measure or commitments will be implemented to actively reduce the cumulative deterioration of air quality that will disproportionately effect surrounding communities (including nearby Indigenous communities)? How will the project proactively incorporate Indigenous Traditional Knowledge Systems into the longterm environmental health and monitoring plans throughout the lifetime of this project?
