Why does there need to be a Inpact Assessment done when the danger of transporating Nuclear Waste is zero. Nuclear accidents are rated from 0 to 7. Five mile was a 5, Fukushima was a 7, the highest there is. Total deaths for both was, 1 immediate and possabily 4 long term. The rating for a truck carring Nuclear Waste having a accident is 0 on the scale. My concern is that this once in a lifetime chance of  bringing high paying, non polluting, long term jobs to the North will be held up by people who refuse to educate themselves.
