I would like to express my concerns re: the NWMO's Deep Geological Repository. There was not been enough information provided on the following topics (which is not exhaustive):
Transportation (is a huge concern). There must be a full impact assessment (not completed by NWMO/partners).
For someone who has lived along the route for over 50 years, there is a 100% likelihood of accidents.
Another huge concern is the long term safety (for the seven generations to come), this is an experiment that will fail.
Emergency response and evacuation plans (for humans AND animals) are not clear or known.
Overall, I have deep concerns for the health of our waters / plants / animals and humans and I do not wish this project to move forward. Please find alternatives.
