Concerns about nuclear waste transportation and burial

I am very concerned about the proposed transportation and burial of highlevel radio active waste in NWO. The public needs a full impact assessment to be conducted including transportation routes, containment methods, and associated risks be included as part of the Impact assessment for the proposed project. Nwmo proposes to transport 5.9 million highlevel  radio active carcinogenic waste bundles 1700kms across Ontario, 2 to 3 maximum wieght truck loads per day for at least 50yrs to an experimental DGR in an earthquake zone, with siesmic activity and fractured rock. There are many scenarios in which significant releases of radioactivity could occur with serious implications for our WATER, HEALTH and SAFETY of future generations. Nwmo, the nuclear industry, and govt. need to STOP making the most expensive and dangerous power on earth. There are much cheaper and safer methods of generating electricity.
