Please make sure to review the transportation of these 'goods'.  If you are using the highway 11 and or 17 in northern Ontario, you may wish to look at the accidents occurring daily.  The transportation minister has been a bit lax handing out commercial licenses to unqualified drivers.  You must have the ability to see that.  Please tell me that you have taken that into consideration.  To be honest, I don't trust you guys to hold a cup of coffee without a mess, this is going to be such a mistake.
