Shipping nuclear waste on highway 17 is a recipe for disaster. Highway 17 is an extremely dangerous road where accidents happen constantly. The transportation risk of shipping these deadly materials over 2 lane highways with no shoulders and myriad rock cuts MUST be included in any assessment. Not to do so would be appallingly irresponsible in light of what is already a terrible idea.
