As a Mohawk and Ojibwe woman with family and friends along the entirety of the 17 I'm absolutely opposed to the transportation of such a risky substance over long distances and through vulnerable ecosystems and communities.
Canadians value clean water and safe travel as much as the Original Inhabitants do. It is important to do right by the people and animals who live along the proposed corridor.
