I live in northeastern Ontario and I use both highways 69 and 11 for shopping and medical appointments. I have followed this issue for many years. The Nuclear Waste Management Organization must be subject to a full impact assessment and a public hearing. Transportation must be included in the impact assessment.  The NWMO have been describing their project as including transportation for 20 years. Now, as the impact assessment begins they are attempting to have transportation excluded.
