I am concerned that the transportation of waste to the nuclear waste depository, is not included in the proposed environmental assessment.

The waste transportation involves many trips over very long distances from the nuclear generation sites to this depository and it is almost certain to involve accidents in remote locations.

Also this proposed deep depository involves many unknowns and if it proceeds would be the first of its kind in the world.   Too many times have projects  gone ahead, and then later we have discovered many unintended consequences.  This proposal being a pioneer in the industry is almost certain to have unforeseen unintended consequences.
