2 to 3 trucks per day for 50 years doesn't present a risk worth assessing?

I don't know how you can justify not including the transportation related risk-- 2-3 trucks per day full of nuclear waste averaging 1800km trips on 2 lane highways-- when even if the trucks were only travelling 300 km( and the estimate is 1800km), by statistics in 50 years there would be 10 accidents.  Pop it into an AI and that will come up right away.   Honestly, do you think that should be ignored?
