I strong urge you to ensure the nuclear waste transportation routes and risks are included within the project's impact assessment.  It seems incredibly unwise to exclude such a large potentially impacted territory from the assessment. We need to have a full understanding of cumulative effects, impacts on sustainability and future generations.
