As this method has never been used I do not understand how u speak about best practices at all. Also I see nothing in the way of a retrieval system if something were to go wrong. The watershed is a huge concern as well as for the people who'll e. Nearby. There has been of been enough time for input for sis h a huge decision. I believe the proximity issue is another which is importNt. If the waste was stored where it is produced transportation would t even be an issue
