- I think it is premature and irresponsible to apply for a permit before establishing if there is a demonstrated need for more reactors, without specifying what design you wish to build and without a viable solution for the disposal of the radioactive waste that will be produced. This all seems bizar

I think it is premature and irresponsible to be requesting a permit when the need for more reactors has not been demonstrated, when the design has not been specified, and a plan for the disposal of the radioactive waste has not been decided. This is bizarre.
