We already have working green energy technology in this country, but instead of investing in it, various levels of governments are throwing money at nuclear power companies, who already have money of their own. And now, on top of that, the government is so crazy-eager to get some of these experimental nuclear reactors going that it's willing to forgo any concern about environmental impact. I am reaching out to you personally as a concerned NB citizen and add my voice to the voices of many New Brunswick citizens to ask that you approve a full environmental impact assessment of the SMNR project in New Brunswick. SMNRs are at a beginning stage, but eventually, the plan is to produce them on a large scale, therefore this is the time to have them assessed, before millions more dollars are spent on a design that could have detrimental environmental consequences.
