We are writing on behalf of Climate Action Sarnia-Lambton (CASL). We are a group of professionals, students, activists, and nature lovers. Our goals are to advocate for:
1) Sustainable practices to address risks to our water, air, and land
2) Climate Change awareness
3) The need to act NOW and make transformative changes
It is clear to us this project does not support the above goals. We endorse and support comment/input reference # 18 by Peter Smith, et al. 2022 (https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/proj/83696/contributions/id/58605). We cannot afford any increase in GHG emissions and must act NOW to make meaningful transformative change. Thank-you for your attention to our concerns.
