Dear Upper Beaver Gold Project Team,

On behalf of the Misema–Blanche River Alliance and the Beaverhouse Lake Cottagers Association, please find attached our letter regarding the Upper Beaver Gold Project (IAAC Reference No. 82960). It follows our letter of October 2, 2026 on the Beaverhouse Lake effluent outfall and the engagement record.

The letter addresses Impact Statement Submission 1, which Agnico Eagle Mines Limited has posted on its project website but which does not appear on the Registry, and the hydrogeology, water balance and receiving-water studies it relies on but does not include. It asks that the Agency post Submission 1, require those studies to be filed with the Impact Statement, and not determine under subsection 19(4) of the Impact Assessment Act that the required information has been provided, or open public comment, until they are filed. Schedule A lists the source and page for each statement.

We ask that the letter be posted to the Canadian Impact Assessment Registry for the Project, and we would welcome a written response.
