I am a landowner of PIN 61226016-0135 / Parcel 1746 / Mining Claim L-13323, and my property may be directly affected by the proposed project footprint.

I am requesting that the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada fully consider the direct and indirect impacts of the project on my property and my rights as a landowner, including:

• The location and proximity of any proposed open-pit mining, waste rock, tailings, processing facilities, and other project infrastructure to my property.

• The construction and use of access roads and any resulting loss or restriction of access to my property.

• Potential impacts to groundwater, surface water, drainage, wells, wetlands, and other water resources associated with mining activity.

• Noise, dust, blasting, vibration, traffic, and other impacts that could affect the use and enjoyment of my property.

• The potential impact of the project on the current and future value and marketability of my property.

• Any proposed changes, restrictions, easements, rights-of-way, or other measures that could affect my ability to access, use, or develop my property.

• The cumulative and long-term impacts of the project, including impacts that may continue after mining operations cease.

I request that the Agency require the proponent to clearly identify the relationship between my property and the proposed project footprint and infrastructure, and to assess the specific impacts on my property rather than treating them only as generalized community impacts.

I also request that any potential impacts on land ownership, surface rights, access, property value, and future use of the property be fully documented and addressed before the project proceeds.

I ask that this comment and the concerns of affected landowners be included in the public record and given full consideration in the impact assessment.
