Beaverhouse Lake Road: Access to Boat Landing via Dobie

In response to an email I received from aeic on Jan 7, 2022 ….. I  did leave a voicemail  but decided to try to make my concerns know in an email.

Beaverhouse Lake Road had serviced the hamlet  of Argonaught and the boat landing  into Beaverhouse Lake for  decades. Its the only access to Beaverhouse Lake and this mine project is considering closing it to the public.

Can this road be closed to public….. because it will in effect become a private road for the mine only.

Is the consent of all of the property owners not a requirement prior to the action even being considered?

What is the legal process for closing a public  “highway” in Ontario ?

I have attached to only document I could find relating to the Road  Access Act

Pleas ensure the Proponent follows the rules as stated in this act
