Ontario  has undermined its environmental assessment act, and the public has lost the right to appeal a flawed EA. The provincial Auditor General criticized the Ford government as having violated Ontario Environmental Bill of Rights. I ask the for the Federal intervene in this Ontario Line Project before the damage is done. The way the OL project is going is utterly dismissing the concerns of local residents and City of Toronto Council. There is no justification or rational to build the OL in Riverdale and Leslieville about the ground, and damage to the neighbourhood, including noise and air pollution, unnecessary loss of parks and trees and green space is obvious. Green space is already minimal in busy downtown area and it is senseless to lose it for no reason.
