The Ontario line skated to replace the objectively planned relief line has major digferences including above grade tracks through Leslieville. 
 

local residents don't want above grade and this was not the plan via "relief line". Why does the federal Govt fund napkin plans by policitians "? Plans that don't involve the public and benefit  only their small circle of developer friends?
