Information from SNN- Designation Request

Good day,

Please see the following links to the SNN Intervenor reports with respect to the NGTL Westpath Delivery System. The report was submitted to the NEB (now the CER) in October 2018. While SNN has not engaged with the proponent on the Westpath 2022, 2023 and Foothills projects, the issues and concerns for the Westpath Delivery System can be interpreted to represent some of the concerns and issues of SNN. The designation of a federal assessment may assist in addressing these concerns.
