The "Ring of Fire" access by rail and barge would be far more efficient and be less environmentally impactful than would be the building of a road. This is an opportunity for governments to showcase responsibility by safe-guarding mineral extraction. As a northern resident I believe that beltching diesel is a method giving into condemnation. The waterways should be liberated of electric power to engage transportation needs. Arguably, I don't want to side with one other supporter for rail configuration plan that maybe going south because, it's a poorly structured idea. I hope they realize it isn't going to provide for many locals? Some who may wheel important barganning chips in evidence of a preferred route that incorporates higher ground?
