With regards to the ammendment to include a wider right of way for increased transmission line needs, I am concerned about public access on the Bish Creek Forest Service Road (FSR). The site involved is a very narrow area and would i would be remiss if I didn't mention the fact that the Bish FSR is a very popular and active access point for the general public to use to be able to enjoy the beautiful out of doors area the FSR has to offer. I am not against the ammendment, I would just like to receive assurances that public access will remain. Thank you.
