Attached are a couple of commented we wanted to bring to your attention with regards to Cedar’s initial PD. We meant to send these along with our letter regarding substitution and summary of issues but it fell through the cracks. We are hoping these could be addressed in Cedar’s Detailed Project Description. Please give me a call if you have any questions or concerns.
