The Friends of the Attawapiskat River, represented by the Canadian Environmental Law Association, provide the attached comments to the Agency in response to the draft Tailored Impact Statement Guidelines and draft Indigenous Engagement Plan for both the Webequie Supply Road and Marten Falls Community Access Road projects.
