A concern I have is in regards to the winter commercial Fisheries industry. There are a handful of winter commercial fishers near the inlet and outlet of the channels projects. Turbulent waterflow in the winter months will cause thin and unsafe ice to operate their businesses. Will the proponent compensate this loss of industry within the community.
