It is great news the federal government has conceded there will be no significant adverse effects to the environment. We were devastated by the flood in 2013 and have been living with the fear of recurrence every spring since. The financial and pscycological effects the flood had on us cannot be overstated. It is our hope this project can move ahead quickly.
