Enable Pop-ups

Many features of the application use pop-up windows to populate the database; therefore your Internet settings must always allow pop-ups for this site. Upon accessing the database, an information bar may prompt you to modify these settings. If this does not occur, or at any time, typically the settings can be modified via your Internet Options. Contact your technical support staff or the Registry Team for further assistance.

Navigation

Using your browser's "Forward" and "Back" commands may cause unpredictable results. Therefore, you should navigate through the system using the menu selections or the "breadcrumbs" that appear just below the top menu.

Time-out

The application has a 20-minute time out at which time your session will expire. Therefore, please ensure to save within that time frame to avoid loosing unsaved data.

Log-out

Please ensure to click on “Log out” located on the left menu bar to properly end your session.
