Delta Grinding Facility Project

Notice of termination

Ottawa — October 5, 2026 — The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC) has terminated the environmental assessment of the Delta Grinding Facility Project (the project) in accordance with the former Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012. Heidelberg Materials Canada Limited notified IAAC that they wish to terminate the federal environmental assessment for the project.
