Notice of updated decision statement

Ottawa — September 17, 2026 — The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada has published an update to the Decision Statement for the Milton Logistics Hub Project to reflect changes to the size of the proposed diesel fuel tank, the proposed sewage holding tanks, the proposed rainwater capture system, and the proposed new snow storage pads and salt storage facility. These changes in the project will create negligible physical changes to the environment.

To ensure that the existing conditions in the decision statement continue to apply to the proposed changes, condition 1.8 that defines the designated project was amended to include the proposed project component refinements as described in the proponent's change submission.
