Ottawa — September 18, 2026 — The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada has terminated the impact assessment process for the Brandon Dispatchable Capacity Project as described in the Initial Project Description dated June 29, 2026, since it is no longer a designated project following the coming into force of the Regulations Amending the Physical Activities Regulations on September 3, 2026.
